Stonebridge Apartments
Eighty unit interior rehabilitation of an affordable housing complex for EAH including site improvements. Stonebridge is a sustainable community and home to some 300 residents. Renovations included new cabinets, granite counter tops, new appliances, wall furnaces, and AC units. Carpet and vinyl flooring was also upgraded. Received North Bay Business Journal Award for Multi-family.
