Harmon Gardens

New construction of sixteen one bedroom units, wood framed, four story for transition-age youth (TAY) .  Affordable Housing Associates is the affordable housing developer.  Harmon Gardens is Section 8 housing and will provide TAY with a permanent home where they can develop independent living skills and connections in the community while receiving supportive service.  Harmon Gardens is LEED Platinum certified and obtained 170 GreenPoints.Harmon Gardens was awarded the 2012 Gold Nugget Merit Award for Best Green Point Rated Community.
