New 4-story hotel with basement, containing 36 guest rooms, meeting facilities, restaurant, retail space and an expansion space for the Chamber of Commerce. Building is wood frame and a concrete podium separates the guest rooms from the public areas below. All trades. Project is awarded LEED-Gold certification, awarded Best in Hospitality 2010.
