New construction of 79 units of affordable housing, community room, tot lot, hardscape and landscape on a 4.85 acre site.

Apartments consist of 22 one-bedroom, 24 two-bedroom, and 33 three-bedroom units in twenty buildings. A 3,049-square foot community building includes management offices, a large meeting room with catering kitchen, restrooms and a common laundry room. 136 parking spaces will be provided on grade.
