New construction of a 64 unit, 11 buildings, 80,000 square foot affordable housing development in Healdsburg.  This project includes the installation of a pedestrian bridge and the extension of the walking path along Foss Creek.  This project won a national award in 2011 from the Affordable Housing Tax Credit Coalition for Best Rural Tax Credit project in the country. It also received a Gold Nugget Merit of Award.
