New construction of a single level, 35,700 Sq. Ft. steel frame building housing a community center, library express and police substation. Community center includes a gymnasium, community room, multi-purpose rooms, computer room, outdoor play area, administrative offices and amphitheater. Award 2011: Construction Excellence Award (CEA) in the Institutional Exterior division.
