Cost Reduction

On negotiated projects, the cost reduction process is on-going as the plans develop. Midstate will provide recommendations regarding products, specifications, building systems and other cost reduction opportunities.

During the design phases, Midstate will refine its preliminary estimate, providing detailed comparisons to the baseline preliminary estimate and provide suggestions for maintaining the project budget.

We study alternative construction systems and components and provide our clients with accurate first cost and life cycle cost comparisons to provide a basis for their decisions.
