Midstate Construction - founded in 1935 and incorporated in 1946. Headquartered in Petaluma, California.

One of the largest commercial general contractors in the North Bay, Midstate Construction has professionally completed large scale jobs in Northern and Central California.

Midstate is not signatory to any craft union agreements and can solicit and use the best proposals from both union and non-union subcontractors.
