| Midstate Construction completed another
successful project with Sonoma County Developer, Burbank
Housing Development Corporation. Midstate contracted
with Wilford Lane Village, LP to construct Wilford Lane
Village and Wilford Lane Village Park, located in Cotati.
The 36 unit affordable housing apartment complex sits
on 2.4 acres, has 9 buildings, totaling approximately
32,000 square feet. The site includes a community center
and park available to the residents and neighboring
community. In a superior combined effort, Midstate completed
the project two months ahead of schedule. |
The complex was spaciously designed with craftsman
style architectural features, including porches, trellises
and warm, soft exterior colors which further enhance
the neighborhood. The park is complimentary to the
complex and offers a large grassy field, picnic benches
and a surrounding paved pathway framed by trees.
