Colgan Meadows, Santa Rosa – This new 84-unit affordable housing project in Santa Rosa was recently fêted by the North Bay Business Journal as the 2008 Best Project in Apartments at their annual Top Ten Projects Awards event. This project consists of 25 buildings plus a maintenance structure on four acres at 3000 Dutton Avenue. The residential units range from 1 bedroom studio floor plans to 1 & 2 bedroom apartments and 3 & 4 bedroom townhouses. Families will also enjoy the easy access to schools, shops, and a future park already designated for development by the City of Santa Rosa. Petaluma Avenue Homes

Petaluma Avenue Homes, Sebastopol – New construction of a 40,207 square foot, forty-five unit affordable housing project in Sebastopol. This is a GreenPoint Rated project and obtained 133 points of 60 necessary. The development has a large community room with an oversized kitchen, indoor fireplace, playground for the children and a community garden area. Affordable Housing Associates was the affordable housing developer on this project. Awarded the 2010 Gold Nugget Grand Award: Multi-Family Project. Awarded Affordable Housing Finance Reader’s Choice award for Best Family Development, 2010
