Phase 1: A 10,278 square foot renovation  to existing building to allow Draeger’s to fulfill the majority of their bakery kitchen needs from this So. San Francisco facility.

Phase 2: 10,000 square foot office tenant improvement.

Phase 3: Housed in the 54,000 square foot facility noted above, features include an expansive new deli kitchen. Foods prepared in the bakery and deli kitchens are distributed to all of the Draeger’s Supermarkets.

Santa Rosa Golf and Country Club

Santa Rosa Golf and Country Club, Santa Rosa - Originally built in 1967, the Santa Rosa Golf & Country Club Clubhouse is being rebuilt by Petaluma based Midstate Construction. The original building had to be completely demolished and new foundations poured. Midstate is also adding new parking at the clubhouse nearly doubling the existing parking lot. The new split-level, Mediterranian style clubhouse will occupy approximately 40,000 square feet of area overlooking the 1st and 18th holes of the golf course.

The interior of the clubhouse will boast an impressive new banquette, dining and lounge areas. A new state of the art commerical kitchen will provide exquisit cuisine for both the formal and informal diners. High-end finish details will add to the richness of the interior design including crown moulding and base, extensive millwork and three cast stone fireplaces.
