Land Rover Centre, Marin – Midstate Construction completed an addition and remodel to create a new 12,400 square foot auto dealership in San Rafael for Land Rover. Sonnen BMW, San Rafael – New construction of a 31,423 square foot, two story auto dealership which houses showroom, corporate offices and an auto service and parts department. A service addiition was added later increasing to 35,265 square feet.
Sonnen Motors
Sonnen Motors, San Rafael – New construction of a 38,000 square foot upscale auto dealership facility. This structure contains two stories plus basement and houses offices, car showroom, auto repair area and car wash. The dramatic showroom used polished granite floors under a curvey ceiling, with machined aluminum and stainless steel cables.
