COMPLETES SAUSALITO HOTEL PROJECT

recently completed renovation of the Village Fair building in Sausalito
to provide additional rooms for the Casa Madrona Hotel.

ferry to and from San Francisco. The building space was used for everything
from bootlegging to warehouse space until its conversion in 1964 to
the Village Fair retail shops and café.
Midstate Construction contracted with Oly Casa Madrona and Olympus
Real Estate to remodel the building into a world class destination spot
for tourists in the Bay Area. Thirty-one luxury guest rooms occupy the
top two floors along with a day spa that includes eight treatment and
steam rooms. Guests are treated to elegant, Mediterranean décor
with spectacular views of the Bay,Tiburon and Belvedere.
