April 4, 2001 - Owner Testimonial

Dear Roger,
On behalf of Burbank housing, I would like to express our appreciation for the excellent job done by midstate construction in bringing Charles Street Village to fruition, both for ensuring that the project was completed on time and within budget, and for achieving a quality product. It has been a pleasure working with Wes Barry and Vic Zimmerman. Their dedication and professionalism resulted in a successful project for Burbank housing and, I trust, for midstate construction as well. Throughout the course of the project they were attentive to and responsive to the needs of Burbank housing. We could not have asked for a better working relationship. Together with the other members of our team, we can be very proud of the contribution we have made to the community. We look forward to building many more such successful projects together, and we would like to have an opportunity to work with Wes and Vic again.
