Owner San Francisco Toyota and general contractor Midstate Construction Corporation recently completed the San Francisco Toyota Showroom tenant improvement in San Francisco on Geary Boulevard.

Designed by Geoffrey E. Butler Architecture & Planning, this 10,800 square foot tenant improvement is seeking LEED Platinum certification. This stunningly beautiful showroom includes photovoltaic panels and recycled material usage incorporated into the LEED design. The building shell is composed of recycled aluminum via an Aluminum Cladding Material (ACM) system. LEED design prepared by Sustainable Design Resources, with LEED coordination provided by Design Avenues.

The remodeled showroom opened to the public August 2011.
